Berg Propulsion has reorganized its leadership structure as of May 1, 2026, in a planned change that aligns with its long-term strategy and continuing ambitions for growth.

Over the past five years, Berg Propulsion has strengthened its capabilities and delivered consistently solid results. Today the company stands on a strong foundation.

As part of its further development, the company is strengthening its management team

- Philip Chaabane has assumed the role of CEO in a planned transition.

- Stefan Sedersten will remain as Executive Chairman, focusing on initiatives that support continued growth.

- Jon Töyrä transitions from CFO to COO, taking overall responsibility for operations.

In addition, Helena Lennerstedt has joined Berg Propulsion's management team following her recent appointment as Supply Chain Director.

These changes build on the current structure and support the company’s continued development.

“We know where we are heading. This reorganization ensures we have the right structure and leadership in place to continue moving forward,” says Philip Chaabane, CEO.

Berg Propulsion will continue to develop its offering in line with its long-term strategy, supporting customers over the full lifecycle of their vessels.
